DefyU is the first to bring the gaming experience into the fantasy sports industry, mixing both reality and fiction. DefyU focuses purely on gaming. Defiers create their ultimate team by selecting the soccer athletes they believe will perform best on the field. Earning user points based on real life micro moments such as a pass, an assist or a goal. During the week, up until matchday, Defiers religiously train their players by completing mini games and earning boosters.

Boosters can then be used to either amp up the Defiers’ fantasy team or to attack one his or her fantasy league mates. Topping the leaderboard not only gives the Defier bragging rights but it also gives the opportunity to get ahold of epic prizes and experiences such as a meet and greet with a professional athlete or world cup tickets. DefyU takes the sports fan experience up a notch further and plans to include augmented reality as a core feature to be enjoyed during live games. The Defier points his or her phone towards an athlete, either on TV or on the field, and receives real-time player stats, highlights, replays, and DefyU score. Ultimately creating an innovative, engaging and interactive experience for sports fans around the globe.
